HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD falls into our TWISTED category. We really like the hard riffs and the rap oriented Metal Vocals, but more so, the effect they have on the FANS !!! For starters, it was good to see these guys in a major arena (RUPP in Lexington, Ky).
Though we love small and mid-sized venues very much, there is just something about arenas that bring the "Living the Dream" atmosphere to a Rock show. Everything is "larger than life" and that's what we hope for when we attend any performance.
HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD delivered! From the opening song to their latest hit, they had the crowd completely on their side and I'll admit being distracted by the effect their music had on the Ladies in the crowd. It was hard to shoot the band, because I spent a decent amount of time facing away from the stage to witness the "PRETTY PRETTY DANCING"
;o) Thanks Gals. These guys are a lot of fun to watch and listen to. It's a PARTY vibe and reaches a fairly universal crowd, but the attitude is EDGY and Twisted, so we wanted to give them some "props". If you get a chance to catch them in concert, We recommend it. It's a danged good time.
