What an amazing evening of sights and sounds. APOCALYPTICA brings more than "just a show". There is an essence of the timelessness of Classical instruments that seems to make things....the HEAVIER. Interwoven amongst the finesse of the Cellos they play, is an ancient "solidness" that really causes the head to twitch, bob, and then BANG !!!! The energy is just incredible and the Fans receive it VERY WELL.

As I stood stage front I could see the mutual appreciation that we've come know of a quality Metal performance. Though this group could easily pack a 25,000 seater, "across the pond", they showed no less exuberance in a hall that stands about 1200-1300, (Our Favorite Venue, THE VALARIUM). As I watched and shot, it was easy to feel that this was a GOOD NIGHT for METAL in Our MOUNTAINS !!!

From the second they took the stage, to the sad moment in which they left, APOCALYPTICA gave every ticket holder more than their monies worth, with heart pounding bass lines and beats, to swirling, RAWKUS, carving riffs on the large string instruments, to the smoke and lights that make a METAL show that little bit creepier we love so much. If you get a chance to gather this group into your memory, do NOT be so bold as to pass the opportunity by.
